Claims and Returns
All claims must be submitted via Email or writing within thirty days of receipt of merchandise or will not be considered. Claims authorized will be processed accordingly thereafter. Returns must be authorized. All sales are final on discontinued or closeout items, no returns accepted. No credit or replacement merchandise will be issued for product unavailable for return to factory.
Any returns must be made within thirty days after receipt. There are no refunds on shipping and freight charges. Imprinted merchandise is non-refundable unless authorized. When returning merchandise authorized by the office, all shipping charges must be prepaid. Blank goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise.
